The variety is SLN9, processed as a Natural with a unique Rose Petal Fermentation, where cherries are fermented in tanks using white rose petals to enhance flavonoids and anthocyanins. Cherries are slow-dried on raised beds for over 30 days. Light roasted, it presents tasting notes of Cranberry Jam, Orange Zest, Vanilla, and Fresh Apricots with a rich, creamy finish.
