Two 200g whole-roast filter coffees: a Panama (El Salto, Chevas Coffee Estate) Gesha, washed, with notes of tangerine, bergamot and tamarind; and a Colombia (Urrao, Los Pinos) Caturra Chiroso, washed, with notes of tangerine, floral, mangosteen and sugarcane.
