Rootbeer Float, Grevil Sabillon

Dayglow

About This Coffee

This Parainema variety coffee is sourced from Grevil Sabillon’s farm in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. It is processed using a classic washed method, where the coffee is depulped and dry-fermented in a concrete tank for 24 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds under a parabolic dryer for approximately 14 days. The cup profile features zippy acidity and cola-like flavors, with a sweet and grounding finish as it cools.
