This anaerobic washed coffee is sourced from the Rumudamo Village Farm in the Arbegona district of Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2,100 meters, this 74112 varietal coffee is produced by smallholder farmers within the Daye Bensa network. The cup profile is aromatic and floral, featuring a delicate, tea-like mouthfeel with concentrated notes of jasmine, fig, yellow peach, Assam black tea, and grapefruit. This light-to-medium roast is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
