This coffee is a microlot single-origin from Rwanda, produced by Andre Hakizimana through membership in the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative. Hakizimana tends to 3,000+ coffee trees, and the cooperative provides equipment, support, and education for producer-level processing. The result is a washed Red Bourbon with vibrant fruit notes and a refreshing, tea-like character.
