This natural-processed Bourbon coffee originates from Nova Station in the Gicumbi district of Rwanda's Northern Province, grown at 1400-1500 meters altitude. Founded in 2015 by Agnes Mukamushinja and Felix Hitayezu, Nova Coffee supports over 2,800 smallholder farmers with a focus on gender equality and community development. The natural processing method enhances the coffee's fruity characteristics, delivering tasting notes of peanut, plum confectionary, molasses, papaya, and hints of berries. Versatile for both black and white coffee preparations.
