About This Coffee

Rwanda Kanzu Station is a single-origin coffee from west of Lake Kivu, grown by smallholder farmers in mineral-rich volcanic soils. The coffee features the Bourbon variety and is processed using dry fermentation and cherry flotation with sustainable water management. This balanced coffee displays prominent notes of apricot and sweet cane sugar.
