This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the Kibirizi washing station in Rwanda's Southern Province. Produced by over 1,000 smallholder farmers in the Nyamagabe region, this lot is part of an initiative supporting agricultural training and regenerative farming practices. The coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of sweet honey and bright hints of strawberry.
