A washed single-origin coffee from the Mushonyi washing station in the Rutsiro region of Rwanda, situated near Lake Kivu. Grown by approximately 1,200 smallholder farmers on hillside plots at altitudes ranging from 1,600 to 1,950 meters above sea level (average 1,827 masl). The Bourbon variety coffee undergoes a fully washed process, including flotation sorting, eco-pulping, 10-hour fermentation, and raised-bed drying. Flavor notes include honeysuckle, dried apricot, agave, and dates.
