A single-origin Rwandan coffee from Nyamasheke, processed at Rugali Coffee Washing Station via anaerobic natural fermentation. Grown at 1550–1800 m and composed of Bourbon variety, this deep roast emphasizes fruit-forward sweetness with tasting notes of sparkling wine, blackberry, cassis, cacao, and syrup. Roast level is dark with a syrupy body and long, transparent sweetness suitable for espresso and filter brewing.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
