Single-origin Rwanda coffee from the Nyungwe region, grown at 1,700–2,000 m. Red Bourbon varietal, fully washed with a 12–18 hour fermentation, roasted light to preserve bright, fruit-forward character. Tasting notes include passion fruit, apple, mandarin orange, bergamot and honey with floral complexity and a clean, elegant finish. Packaged in 300g bags.
