It is grown at altitudes between 1,850m and 2,300m in the mountainous valleys at the border of Western and Northern provinces. The varieties are Bourbon and RAB C15. The coffee is washed processed using an 8-12 hour dry fermentation, followed by hand sorting and sun-drying on drying tables. The coffee is produced by 1,900 small-scale farmers delivering cherries to the washing station. It features flavor notes of orange, green apple, cherry, and black tea, with fruity acidity and floral characteristics.
