Rwanda Shyira is a Red Bourbon washed coffee from the Nyamasheke district, collected at the Shyira Washing Station located at 2000 meters altitude. Cherry is sourced from smallholder farmers at 2000-2400 MASL. The washed process includes hand-sorting, pre-pulp floating, 12-hour fermentation with foot-stomping agitation, grading, and 30-day drying. This coffee displays fruity, juicy characteristics with high sweetness and medium acidity, featuring flavor notes of cherry, apricot, and cola.
