A natural processed coffee from smallholder producers on the foothills of the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda, at altitudes of 1800–2200 meters. Harvested October through February, this lot features SL-14, SL-28, and Nyasaland cultivars. Processed by Norman Mukuru at The Coffee Yard, cherries are semi-dried before being carefully dried down to 11% moisture content. The cup profile offers starfruit, ginger cookies, lemon tea, blood orange, and nutty almond with a syrupy body balancing citrus acidity. Roasted as an Omni (filter) profile.
