About This Coffee

SABA is an Ethiopian specialty coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, within the Sidama area, grown at 1800–2000 meters above sea level. The variety is an Ethiopian naturally occurring heirloom Arabica. Processed using a hand-picked washed method and graded as Grade 2, it achieves a Q-grade score of 88. The Woreda (district) is Aramo. The flavor profile features a floral aroma with a smooth, full-bodied and sweet light taste with pronounced lemon notes, along with slight acidity and citrus aromas. Available in light, medium, and dark roast.
