This is a dark roasted decaf blend processed using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical-free decaffeination method that is USDA Certified Organic and removes 99.9% of the caffeine. The coffee is shade-grown and Fair Trade certified. Extra time is taken during roasting to allow caramelization of sugars to occur, resulting in a sweet cocoa-like flavor. The coffee features flavor notes of dark chocolate, walnut, and maple syrup, with a super-smooth, chocolaty profile and full body.
