The farm, Finca San José Ocaña, has been owned by the Sanchez family for over 110 years and is situated at approximately 1950-2000 meters above sea level. The coffee is made from Bourbon varietal and features bright, fruity, and sweet characteristics with notes of super-ripe plum, honeysuckle, and vanilla.
