Santa Elisa - Guatemala
Cafés MudaAbout This Coffee
A coffee from Finca Santa Elisa, located in the Acatenango region of Guatemala, nestled at the foot of the Acatenango and Fuego volcanoes. Grown between 1,200 and 1,700 meters altitude on rich volcanic soil, across 360 hectares of coffee plants. The lot is fermented by Los Volcanes Coffee at their Beneficio La Esperanza station in Antigua. Washed processed with 12 to 48 hours of fermentation, dried on African beds or mechanical dryers. Roasted for espresso, the cup reveals notes of red fruit, brown sugar, and chocolate — smooth yet full-bodied with a well-balanced aromatic complexity.
