A single-origin coffee from Finca Santa Margarita, a 2,320-hectare farm founded in 1838 in the Acatenango region of Chimaltenango, Guatemala, at 1,640 meters altitude. Produced by Camila Topke and largely operated by women. The blend of Caturra, Sarchimor, Catimor, and Geisha varieties is washed and dried on patios and raised African beds. Dark roasted, with flavor notes of molasses, dark chocolate, walnuts, and a buttery character.
