About This Coffee

This coffee is from Honduras, specifically from the Copan de Santa Rosa region at 1650 meters altitude. It is produced by Cooperativa Capucas Limitada, representing twelve communities in San Pedro and Corquin. The coffee consists of Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, and Pacas varieties and is washed and sun-dried. This smooth, classic espresso features refreshing notes of black berries with pleasant acidity, finishing with hazelnut notes and subtle bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate and cocoa nibs, accompanied by a buttery mouthfeel.
