This is the 2025 El Salvador Cup of Excellence #1 winner (score 90.93), produced by J. Raul Rivera at the Santa Rosa farm in Chalatenango. The farm was established from scratch in 2003 with a deliberate focus on the Pacamara variety, selecting plants with strong Maragogype genetics. Grown at 1500 meters altitude, honey processed, with tasting notes of citrus fruit, sweet florals, chocolate, and cranberry. A complex, award-winning single-origin coffee.
