This coffee comes from Finca Santa Teresa 2000 in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, produced by Roger Ureña Hidalgo from an independent micromill located at approximately 2,000 meters altitude. The lot is from the El Toño parcel, situated at high altitude (around 1,900 meters and above), where coffee plants benefit from a cool mountain environment and natural shade that promotes slow maturation and aromatic complexity. The Catuai variety is processed using white honey method. The cup profile features milk chocolate, orange zest, and caramel notes, delivering a warm and comforting espresso. The coffee scores 87 points.
