Shugetsu Choshin Blend is a seasonal roast combining coffees from Costa Rica (San Juanillo, Marsellesa, Red Honey), Ethiopia (Niguse Gemeda, Silinga — natural lots in both light and dark), and Rwanda (Shyira, washed). Roasted light (Roast Level 2), the blend highlights bright citrus and red-fruit acidity with tasting notes of pink grapefruit, cherry, cranberry, and blueberry, finishing with black tea–like clarity and raw honey sweetness.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
