This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee comes from small farmers to renowned processing stations owned by Siz Agro, which specializes in specialty coffee. The berries are laid out on African beds, special mesh flooring raised above the ground, and dried in the sun with regular turning. During drying, sugars from the pulp and mucilage remain on the bean surface. This is Grade 3 coffee that has been sorted with a color sorter to remove Quakers (unripe berries), resulting in bright and consistent flavor. The coffee features strong Ethiopian characteristics with high sweetness and balanced acidity.
