This coffee is from Serra do Caracol farm in the Mogiana region of Brazil, produced by Leonardo and Paulo Texeira at 1400 meters above sea level. The variety is Yellow Catucaí, processed using the natural method. This coffee features roasted almond nuttiness with yellow plum sweetness and a silky smooth milk chocolate body. It has a developed roast level and was shipped to Europe by sail as part of Belco's 'Fresh Coffee Clean Ocean' initiative.
