A decaffeinated single origin coffee from the Shakisso farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by Haile Gebre. The variety is Heirloom, processed using the washed method. Caffeine is removed using the supercritical CO2 (sCO2) method, which is non-toxic and gentle on the beans. Flavor notes include apricot-almond flapjack, black tea, and daisy. Roasted omni, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
