The Shantawene Station sits at an elevation of 2,230 meters and processes cherries using Natural, Red Honey, and Anaerobic methods. The cherries are fully ripened and handpicked by local outgrower farmers. The high-altitude location and specialized processing result in a cup that showcases the distinctive characteristics of Sidamo coffees from Shantawene.
