This washed Red Bourbon coffee is sourced from Shyira Washing Station in Nyabihu, Rwanda, produced by Josue Dusengiyumva. The coffee is grown at an altitude of over 1800 meters above sea level and harvested in January 2025. It features flavor notes of tangerine, bergamot, and tamarind. The coffee is roasted to a light level suitable for filter brewing.
