Sidra Natural is a single-origin coffee from Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, produced by Yessica & Diego Parra at El Mirador farm at 1,750 meters altitude. This coffee undergoes a Thermoshock processing method, which is an experimental technique that combines thermal shock with controlled fermentation to enhance flavor complexity and clarity.
Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
