Sidra Prime is a washed coffee from Huila, Colombia, produced by an association of farms called Nucleo de gestion de Palestina under producer Maria Rodriguez. The Sidra variety beans were briefly fermented after depulping and dried on roofs for approximately 20 days for a clean flavor profile. The coffee features tart pineapple and berry notes with a classic washed character.
