This blend consists of two anaerobically processed coffees that have been profile roasted to a medium roast level. This particular variant features darker roasts compared to the regular blend. The blend is made from leftover test roasts and profile roasts sold at a reduced price to minimize waste. The coffee content varies but always consists of specialty coffee. Available in 500g bags.
