Aniko Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This decaffeinated coffee is a blend from Peru and Brazil. The Peruvian component is a Caturra variety from the Villa Rica Biosphere Reserve at 1650 meters altitude, specifically from Finca La Aurora produced by Olga Tello Quintana. It is fully washed processed. The Brazilian component comes from the Cerrado region and is a Catuai variety. The coffee develops floral-fruity notes with vanilla and ripe avocado as espresso. In cappuccino it is mild and velvety with harmonious aroma. When filtered, almond comes to the fore, complemented by vanilla and avocado.
