The Colombian component is from Hulia region, featuring Caturra and Castillo varieties, while the Ethiopian component is from Yirgacheffe with Ethiopian Heirloom varieties. The coffees are grown at elevations between 1,500-1,900 meters above sea level. The blend uses both washed and natural processing methods. Tasting notes include dark chocolate, spice, and berries.
