Spring Forward is a barrel-aged coffee from the Bishan Dimo washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 1850–2050 meters, this coffee uses mixed heirloom varieties and is processed using a natural method, followed by 96 hours of aging in whiskey barrels. The cup features a light-medium roast profile with tasting notes of ganache, candied hibiscus, and toffee brittle, offering a bright fruit character, soft chocolate, and a smooth, slightly boozy finish.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
