About This Coffee

A single-origin Arabica coffee from the Aceh, Bener Meriah region of Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1100–1500 meters altitude. Sourced from a community of 189 smallholder farmers at the Sukarame washing station, overseen by Zulkarnaen, across 105 hectares. Varieties are Tim Tim and Ateng. Processed using a honey method, certified organic. Gayo Highland Grade 1, wet-hulled (Giling Basah), triple picked. Tasting notes include ripe tropical fruits, mango-like acidity, honey, dates, cacao, fruity and nutty flavors, with a rich body and mild acidity.
