Sumava de Lourdes is a natural-processed single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's West Valley Region, specifically the Naranjo micro-region. Grown at 1500-1675 meters altitude by producer Francisco Mena, this microlot features the Milenio varietal. The coffee displays tasting notes of watermelon, dark chocolate, and red lollies. It's recommended for both espresso (20g in/44g out, 27-30 seconds) and filter brewing methods.
