This natural process coffee comes from Goro Muda in Haro Wachu Kebele, located in Guji's Uraga district in Ethiopia's Oromia region. More than 360 local producers supply cherries to the washing station. Producers use intercropping techniques, planting false banana trees, maize, Korch, Wanza, and Sesa to provide shade for the coffee plants. The area features rich sandy loam soil with excellent water retention and drainage that is self-sustaining without requiring fertilizer. The coffee is processed using the natural method, slowly sun drying the beans inside the cherry to impart natural sweetness and juiciness.
