Goro Muda is a natural process coffee from Haro Wachu Kebele in Guji's Uraga district, Ethiopia. Produced by more than 360 local farmers using intercropping techniques with shade trees including false banana, maize, Korch, Wanza, and Sesa. The rich sandy loam soil provides excellent water retention and drainage, requiring no fertilizer for high-quality production. The natural process involves slowly sun-drying beans inside the coffee cherry, developing natural sweetness and juiciness through fermentation.
