A washed Yellow Bourbon coffee from El Socorro farm in Palencia, Guatemala, produced by Diego de la Cerda. Part of April Coffee Roasters' Sustainable Profile project. Roasted to a medium profile creating a rich and sweet character, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Features flavor notes of macadamia and honeydew melon, with high sweetness, medium body, and low acidity.
