This blend combines 70% Brazilian coffee from Cerrado Mineiro DO and 30% Ethiopian coffee from Guji, Dogo. The Brazilian component is Catuai variety grown at 1100 meters altitude by Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin accredited producers. The Ethiopian component features mixed heirloom varieties from smallholder farmers at 2000-2200 meters altitude. Both coffees are natural processed. The flavor profile features dried cherry, almond, and dark chocolate from the Brazilian side, with strawberry, apricot, lime tones, floral honey, and milk chocolate from the Ethiopian side.
