This decaffeinated coffee blend is based on rich Brazilian arabica from Alto Paranaíba in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais. The coffee is sourced from 15 different small farms at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,250 meters above sea level. It is processed using the natural, sun-dried method. The varieties are Mundo Novo and Catuai. The coffee is decaffeinated using the E.A. process with natural solvents and no pressure, preserving the excellent cup profile. The flavor profile features a creamy body with chocolate, cereal, and nut notes.
