It features the 74158 variety and is processed using a Dark Room Dried (DRD) natural method, where cherries are shade-dried and then finished in a controlled dark room for 57 days. The cup offers a complex flavor profile with notes of raspberry, white peach, jasmine tea, and citron, characterized by a balance of fruit-forward sweetness and refined clarity.
Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta. What began as Ming's personal coffee project within Tesla's internal coffee club evolved into a full roastery operation after both founders chose to leave their tech careers to pursue coffee full time between 2023 and 2024.
