Grown in Ruvuma's southern highlands at 1,500 meters elevation, this coffee from the Makonga Cooperative features Bourbon-type cultivars from smallholder farmers in Mbinga District. The beans are washed processed with hand-sorted cherries, depulped, fermented for 1–2 days, and dried on raised beds for 2–3 weeks. The cup presents a silky, medium body with brown sugar, sweet black tea, orange tea, and tangerine notes, balanced between bright citrus and comforting depth.

Inheritance Coffee Roasters is an artisanal micro roastery in Pensacola, Florida, roasting fresh weekly in small batches with an emphasis on quality over volume. The company partners with Sweet Maria's, a specialty green coffee importer, to source single origin beans that showcase distinct flavor profiles from each growing region. Inheritance operates a coffee cart that serves downtown Pensacola and travels to Mobile, Destin, and the 30A corridor, bringing its roasts directly to customers outside of a traditional café setting. The focus throughout is on transparent sourcing and precise roasting, letting the character of each lot come through without embellishment.
