This coffee is a single origin Canephora (Robusta) from Thung Chang in Nan Province, Thailand, grown at 700 meters altitude. Produced by Kaleb Jordan of Gem Forest Coffee and exported by Beanspire, this specialty Robusta is processed using anaerobic fully washed method. Despite being a Robusta, it is processed like a specialty Arabica, resulting in a lighter body with bright, lively fruit notes and acidic flavors. The flavor profile includes milk chocolate, spices, cloves, and mulled wine, with a medium body and caramel finish as the espresso cools. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
