Single origin coffee from Asnake Kassa in Oromia, Ethiopia. This naturally processed coffee undergoes an extra long dry fermentation, producing extreme fruit-forward tasting notes. The variety is Ethiopian Heirloom, grown at 2120 meters altitude. The extended fermentation and natural processing create distinctive notes of sangria, orange, and intense fruit characteristics with watermelon and sour candy-like flavors.
