This single origin coffee from Costa Rica's Chirripo region comes from Los Alpes farm at 1750 meters altitude. The Catuai variety is processed using the Natural Reposado method. Man Versus Machine is a Munich based specialty-coffee roastery founded in 2014 by Marco and Cornelia Mehrwald, roasting on site and operating several cafes in the city. The team favors light–to–medium, balanced and sweet roast profiles and offers omni profiles suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Man Versus Machine sources from specialty suppliers and at times works with the likes of Nordic Approach to keep a rotating lineup of single-origin lots and blends.
