This coffee is a blend of four distinct lots from Colombia, specifically from the Quindío, Huila, and Nariño regions. It features a complex profile created through advanced processing techniques, including anaerobic and co-fermentation methods. The blend incorporates watermelon co-ferments, a lemongrass co-ferment, and a yeast-inoculated Gesha. The resulting cup is expressive and tropical, characterized by vibrant notes of watermelon, complex citrus, agave-like sweetness, and mango candy. It offers a funky, fruit-forward experience with a lively and bold flavor profile.
