The Healer is a dark roast coffee blend from the Classic Series. It combines Yellow Catuai beans from Brazil, processed naturally, with Catimor beans from Yunnan, China, which are washed. It is specifically recommended for espresso brewing, with a suggested ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2 and a brew time between 28 and 35 seconds.
