This blend combines Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling Typica, processed via a semi-washed method, with Brazil Fazenda Yellow Catuai, which is naturally processed. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of chocolate cream, cacao nibs, and roasted nuts. It is specifically recommended for espresso brewing, with a suggested ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2 and a brew time of 28 to 35 seconds.
