The farm serves as a model farm providing education to farmers and coffee professionals worldwide. This coffee underwent carbonic maceration natural processing. The lot consists of only 200kg of green coffee, making it a limited offering. The coffee presents complex flavors of strawberry jam, raisin, vanilla, dessert wine, raspberry candy, and light floral aromas.
